HyperPrint Publishing Automation Privacy Policy
Effective: September 12, 2026

HyperPrint Publishing Automation is operated by KL8TON HyperPrint. This application uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to connect authorized YouTube channels to HyperPrint’s publishing system.

Google/YouTube Data We Access
With the user’s authorization, the application may access basic YouTube channel information and upload videos to the authorized channel.

How We Use This Data
Google/YouTube data is used only to identify the authorized channel, verify channel connections, upload authorized videos, prevent duplicate uploads, and maintain publishing/audit records.

Storage and Security
OAuth refresh credentials are encrypted and stored locally on the authorized HyperPrint computer. Access tokens are not permanently stored. Operational information such as channel IDs, video IDs, and publishing receipts may be stored for security, auditing, and duplicate prevention.

Sharing and Advertising
We do not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising. Data is used only to provide the authorized HyperPrint publishing functionality.

Revoking Access and Deletion
Users may revoke HyperPrint’s Google access through their Google Account security settings. Users may also contact us to request deletion of stored authorization information and associated application data.

HyperPrint Publishing Automation’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
