HyperPrint Publishing Automation Privacy Policy
Effective: September 20, 2026HyperPrint Publishing Automation is operated by KL8TON HyperPrint. This application uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to connect authorized YouTube channels to HyperPrint's publishing system.
Google/YouTube Data We Access
With the user's authorization, HyperPrint may access basic YouTube channel information and upload videos to the authorized YouTube channel.
How We Use This Data
Google/YouTube data is used only to identify the authorized YouTube channel, verify channel connections, upload user-authorized videos, prevent duplicate uploads, confirm publishing results, and maintain publishing/audit records.
Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
KL8TON HyperPrint does not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising.
Google user data is not shared, transferred, or disclosed to unrelated third parties. Data may be transmitted to Google and YouTube as necessary to perform user-authorized YouTube API operations. If service providers are used to operate or secure HyperPrint, Google user data will only be disclosed when necessary to provide those services and subject to appropriate privacy and security protections.
Data Protection and Security
OAuth refresh credentials are encrypted and stored locally on the authorized HyperPrint computer. Access to stored credentials is restricted to the HyperPrint publishing system.
HyperPrint uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections when communicating with Google APIs. Access tokens are used only as necessary to perform authorized API operations.
Operational information such as channel IDs, video IDs, and publishing receipts may be retained for security, auditing, and duplicate-prevention purposes.
Revoking Access and Deletion
Users may revoke HyperPrint's Google access through their Google Account security settings. Users may also contact us to request deletion of stored authorization information and associated application data.
Google API Services User Data Policy
HyperPrint Publishing Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
