KL8TON HYPERPRINT – TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of KL8TON HYPERPRINT, including our online store, websites, software, automation tools, and connected services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using KL8TON HYPERPRINT services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable policies displayed on our website.

2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

KL8TON HYPERPRINT sells physical and digital products, including 3D-printed products and related merchandise.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, processing times, and shipping estimates may change. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, fraud, unavailable inventory, or other operational issues.

3. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. KL8TON HYPERPRINT does not directly store complete payment-card information.

4. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Shipping, return, cancellation, and refund conditions are governed by the policies published on our store at the time of purchase.

5. HYPERPRINT AUTOMATION SERVICES

KL8TON HYPERPRINT may use automated and AI-assisted tools to help create, edit, organize, prepare, schedule, and publish content.

Automated systems do not receive unlimited authority to publish content. Publishing actions requiring account authorization are performed only through authorized accounts and subject to applicable approval controls.

Certain KL8TON HYPERPRINT features use YouTube API Services.

By using features that connect to YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service:

KL8TON HYPERPRINT may request authorization to perform specific actions on an authorized YouTube channel, including uploading videos and reading channel information.

Users retain control over their connected YouTube accounts and authorized publishing actions.

KL8TON HYPERPRINT does not request or store a user's YouTube password.

Users may revoke Google or YouTube account authorization through their Google Account security settings.

Use of YouTube-related data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. USER AUTHORIZATION AND CONTENT

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary for content you provide, upload, publish, or instruct KL8TON HYPERPRINT to process.

KL8TON HYPERPRINT will not knowingly claim ownership of third-party content merely because it is processed through our systems.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

KL8TON HYPERPRINT may integrate with third-party services including Shopify, Google, YouTube, Etsy, and other service providers.

Your use of those services may also be governed by the terms and policies of those providers.

KL8TON HYPERPRINT software, branding, original designs, workflows, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use another person's trademarks, copyrighted works, likeness, or other protected material without authorization.

10. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use KL8TON HYPERPRINT services for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized account access, infringement of intellectual-property rights, malicious software, or activity that violates applicable third-party platform policies.

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, technical changes, or third-party platform requirements.

12. DISCLAIMER

Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Automated and AI-assisted systems may occasionally produce errors and should be reviewed where appropriate.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KL8TON HYPERPRINT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the services.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as our services, integrations, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date.
